If you personally had a pool installed or your home came with a pool, it is more then likely one of your most expensive investments (or headaches). With that being said like a Lamborghini you want your investment to be pristine every time you use it. Command Aquatics dose just that for you, we keep your Lamborghini in pristine condition and ready to use all season long!
no two pools are the same
No two pools are the same. You may have an identical pool as your neighbor, built at the same time and all the same equipment. But the water chemistry in each pool will be slightly different for many different reasons. Command Aquatics has the knowledge and know how to tailor a specific chemical regiment the suits your “wooder’s” needs.
Treating each pool uniquely keeps the water safer for the swimmers, protects the pools structure wether it be fiberglass, vinyl or plaster and in the end keeps more of your money in your pocket.
What to Expect from us
When you call, you will speak with a LIVE human. No AI or robots with us.
We will gather your basic information and set up an in person meeting to go over your pool from top to bottom. During this initial consultation we will learn your pool and what your expectations are from us!
Remember This is your “Lamborghini” you are the one driving it not us. Any problems or concerns let us know from the beginning.

Our Basic Service Plans
Command Aquatics meets with all new customers in person prior to any service contracts beginning signed. We take pride in knowing our customers understand our service plans and cost. And as always remember this is your “Lamborghini”.
Seasonal Opening and Closings
In Southeastern PA the typical pool season is Mid-May through Late-September early October.
Opening Package Includes
Cover Removal and fold
Cover can be pressure washer at an additional cost.
Cover will be stored in a location designated by the owner (within reason)
Initial chemical treatment
Initial Brush and Vacuum
Equipment start up and plug removal
Second Visit if need after 24 hours
Brush and vacuum is included
Additional required chemicals on 2nd visit will be billed to the owner
A detailed report of the pool and all associated equipment will be sent to the owner within in 24-48 hours of opening. Any immediate concerns will be communicated with the owner ASAP.
Weekly chemical and vacuuming plans include
Chemical check and application of necessary chemicals
All “normal” chemicals are added and covered under the weekly service plan. If specially chemical are need such as algicides the owner will be billed accordingly
Brush, Vacuum and Skim
If filter cleaning is needed when the pressure of the filter reaches 8-10 PSI above clean filter starting pressure. A weekly service plan alls up to keep an eye on this pressure and communicate with you the owner when a filter cleaning is going to be need during our next weekly visit.
Sand filters will be back washed at no additional cost
DE filters will be backwashed and only charged for the cost of DE median replacement
If deep clean of DE filer is suggested according to manufacturers specifications the filter will be deep cleaned and charged accordingly
Cartridge filters will be removed and washed when needed. if replacement is required, new ones will be ordered and replaced at the next visit with the owners approval.
Pool Parties
We have all had pool parties at our houses, is that no the whole reason you own a pool! A pool party can do a number to your pools chemistry! Good thing for you if you are one of our established customers we offer a pool party package.
We simply visit one or two day before the party to make sure everything is in working order an all chemicals and where they should be. The following day we will return and vacuum the pool if necessary and add the necessary chemicals to get your Wooder back to where it should be.
Closing Package Includes
Brush and Vacuum
Industry standard winterization chemicals added to water (chemicals may vary depending on the pools construction type)
All equipment shut down and winterized
All suction and return line blown out and plugged.
Water will be drained to below the skimmers and skimmers winterized
Owner supplied cover installed
A detailed report of the pool and all associated equipment will be sent to the owner within 24-48 hours of the pools closing.

Why dose salt water pool have chlorine in it?
A Salt water pool is a chlorine pool! It is a common misconception that salt water pools so not chlorine. The salt water cell uses electricity to generate chlorine gas which in return chlorinates your pool.
My chlorine and PH are within range why is my pool still cloudy?
Your pools chlorine and PH can be within range and the pool can still be cloudy for many of reasons. There could be a problem with your pump or filter or the other chemicals my be out of wack causing your pool to be cloudy.
Yes. Each service visit generates a detailed invoice outlining labor, chemicals used, and any replacement parts. You’ll receive it by email for easy record-keeping and budgeting.
